The new cellar was built in 2011 with the utmost respect for environment. Designed by the Architect Antoine Lévêque in a refined spirit, the building extends over a surface of 1000m². A large part buried, giving our wines the silence and the darkness they need.
Our cellar is of the most sophisticated. From vintage reception to bottling, our state-of-the-art equipment, process our vinification in the best conditions, preserving the richness of our terroir. Temperature and humidity are controlled continuously.
After 12 months aging in French oak barrels, our red wines rest 12 months more in bottle, ensuring optimal tasting conditions. Our neutral gas bottling line allows us to keep control of the oxidation of the wine. It guarantees the quality of our product over time.
